This book is a visual journey from the flour to the lasagna sheets. Commercially prepared fresh pasta is also available in vacuum sealed packs and can also be used instead of home made lasagne, following the instructions on the packaging.

In the same way, a store purchased tomato sauce of good quality may be replaced by the traditional homemade sugo.
